RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
In case you would like to return a purchased item, please read the following guidance. You can return a product only if the product is unworn (re- salable) and unwashed, with the correct invoice, return form, unremoved swing tags, and any other things included in your purchase. 360 ID TAGS are applied, returns will only be accepted if 360 ID TAGS remain attached. Please be aware that if the returns do not meet the above conditions, we have the right to refuse to refund and we may dispatch or ask you to collect the items at your own cost.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return the purchased products, you should request within 14 days of reception. We suggest you to try on your ordered items once you receive, to have enough time to return items within our returns time frame.
You must write an email to customercare@filiarmi.com to obtain Return form, Shipment documents and a time slot for pick up.
You must return the package within 14 days of reception of the return reference.
If you wish to exchange a product, you must return it and place a new order.
Returns & Refunds
If your return is delivered and accepted by our customer care team, you will be refunded the price of your order less any shipping charges made for returns.
Return shipping fee can range from €38 to €65. You can check the return cost by calling Courier with tracking number we have provided to you. If you are returning a refund for the faulty product, you will not be charged the return shipping.
Return delivery may take up to 30 days. Your refund will be made to your credit card within 14 days after the product's return. You will be informed via e- mail about the status of your refund once processed. Your bank decides when your return will be reflected in your account, which mostly takes up to 10 working days, and we are not responsible about this subject.
Please be aware that until our customer service receives your returned products, it is your liability to take care of the products and Filiarmi cannot be responsible for any lost or damage.
Return costs
For your returned product, please contact customer service to set a pick up date. Pick up Cargo for return will be created by customer service and return costs will be deducted from the amount paid for the product.
We do not refund any shipping fees occurred while returning the purchased items. We may only refund the shipping costs for returning your item if our customer service approves that the products returned are faulty.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing your order by contacting our customer service at customercare@filiarmi.com. If we have already processed and shipped your order, the return costs will remain at your charges.
The processes are the same for both Cancellation request and Return & Refund request. First, you must contact our customer service at customercare@filiarmi.com
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you think your purchased products are faulty, then please inform our customer service by e-mailing customercare@filiarmi.com including the images and the details of the products. If our customer service confirms that we are responsible for the faulty items for quality reasons, then there will be reduction in the price or we make a full refund with the shipping fee. Purchased products are not considered as faulty if the products are damaged due to normal wear and tear.
